BUSINESS TIPS OF THE MONTH
Maximize your branding
opportunity with your outgoing
voicemail signature
A helpful tip from Judy Baker
Use your voicemail message to
inform your callers about what
you do, and how you can help
them.
Speak slowly, clearly and let
your callers know they have
called your place of business,
what you can do to help them,
and when they can expect to hear
from you.
When they get your voicemail,
they know you can’t come to the
phone and that you are not
available now. What they want to
know is when they can expect to
hear from you.
Change your message when you
have a special event coming up
or a special offer. You can also
use your message to direct
callers to your web site or to
take some other timely action.
Your voice mail message is a
mini audio logo. It is your
personal commercial. Don’t waste
the opportunity to brand
yourself through this short,
important audio bite.
For example, my current message
lets callers know they have
reached Completely Creative and
that I am the featured speaker
at an upcoming event (the eWomen
Network luncheon on May 19th at
the Fountaingrove Country Club
in Santa Rosa). I tell them how
to get more information. I also
inform them that I can help them
attract their ideal clients.
I am Judy Baker, and I am
Completely Creative.
I work with coaches and
consultants who are passionate
about what they do, and are
ready to take their business to
the next level and don’t know
where to begin. I help them get
clear about where they are now,
what they envision, what is
stopping them from realizing
their dreams and how to create
an action plan that will move
them forward. For more
information about one on one
coaching, workshops and project
based consultation, contact Judy
Baker, Completely Creative at

ORGANIZATIONS—PERSONAL TIDBITS
Team In Training News
Our ride is only six weeks away!
I can’t believe the season has
gone by so fast. I’m getting
pretty excited about the ride. I
think my speed and endurance
have improved. And I’m having a
blast!!
We climbed Marshall Wall and
Wilson Hill a couple weeks ago
and I didn’t have to stop! That
is a huge improvement over last
year, when I had to stop several
times to catch my breath. And
this time was even more of a
challenge because we climbed
Marshall in a horrible headwind!
It’s challenging enough in good
weather, but that headwind was…
WELL. Let’s just say—to keep it
clean—Not Fun! But I did it—AND
could still walk afterwards.
Another big THANK YOU to those
who have donated! To view my
progress, check out my Team in
Training website, at
http://pages.teamintraining.org/rw/ambbr09/jdavisa63u.
Another Personal Tidbit: My
husband Mike was awarded his
fourth consecutive MADD (Mothers
Against Drunk Driving) award a
couple weeks ago. They honor the
officers with a dinner and award
ceremony in Sacramento every
year. There were over two
hundred officers from all over
the state who came to be
recognized. I am always grateful
for the work they do, especially
when I read the news and yet
another person is injured or
killed because of someone
driving under the influence.
This year the number of people
arrested by the accumulation of
just the officers attending was
in the thousands—and that was
just for 2008 and just for
California. That is a
frightening statistic! So kudos
to Mike and all the officers who
do their jobs daily to protect
us!
GROWING MY BUSINESS
What small business owner do YOU
know who is not getting their
requested routine financial
statements from their
bookkeeping service? That’s a
perfect referral for me. I am
looking for those business
owners who want monthly or
quarterly financial statement to
keep them on track with their
business! As always, my one-hour
consultations are free and I
would be happy to sit down with
them and review their needs.
VIRTUAL JEANNIE VIRTUAL
SPOTLIGHT
This month’s spotlight is on
Jeff Lecoeuche of Farmers
Insurance.
Jeff Lecoeuche Insurance Agency
Inc.
Jeff Lecoeuche has been a
Farmers agent since 1997 in
Santa Rosa. He lives in the
community and is active locally.
Jeff says, "We care." We do not
practice any pressure sales
techniques. We listen, educate,
and recommend the appropriate
coverage. We are available and
our clients have all my numbers
including my home for emergency.
The average commission is 10%,
so we don’t get rich from one
policy. In fact, if you cancel
your policy, Farmers takes our
commission back and refunds it
to you. So the only way to build
a successful agency is to keep
our clients happy for the very
long term.
We are recognized in multiple
communities for or commitment to
our clients regardless of their
background.
Jeff Lecoeuche Insurance Agency
is a one-stop insurance agency
that can handle all your
insurance needs in one place to
keep it simple, and to avoid any
gap in your coverage. The key to
Jeff Lecoeuche Agency’s success
is that he listens to you, takes
the time to educate and explain
things in plain English, and
cares for you like family.
